A great time was had by all who came out to the 150th Beach "Buoys" in Cumberland Family Beach Party & Silent Auction on February 18th. We would like to express our very sincere thanks to all the donors to our silent action. The bidding was fast and furious and winners were thrilled with their loot! The silent auction is a major fund raiser for the Community Association so we thank you all for your support.

If you are an Ottawa organization operating a rural fair, a farmers’ market or a rural business organization such as a Chamber of Commerce or Business Improvement Areas, you may be eligible for funding of up to $7,500 through the City of Ottawa’s Rural Association Partnership Program (RAPP).
The second-round of RAPP funding is now available with applications being accepted until Friday, August 19 at 4 pm.

ROAD WORK NOTICE: DUNNING ROAD - began this morning, scheduled to continue until July 29 - resurfacing and sidewalk repairs and replacement from Old Montreal to Wilhaven. Road will frequently be reduced to just one lane - you'll have to leave a little earlier if you use Dunning for your morning commute. Please watch for road crews, and remember fines are double for speeding in a construction zone with crews present.
